Registration and cost
Who can register for the Workshop?
Only official representatives of ICN member agencies are invited to register for the Workshop.
How many people per agency can attend the Workshop?
The Workshop is designed to encourage discussion and learning from each other, so we are limiting the number of participants to 1 person per agency to maintain the seminar format and allow everyone to contribute to the discussion.
If your agency would like to send another person, please email us (ICNChiefEconWorkshop@gvh.hu). We may be able to accommodate it if there is space available after the registration deadline.
How do I register for the Workshop?
Representatives of ICN member agencies can register by completing the registration form until 1 April 2025.
Do I need to pay to register and participate in the Workshop?
There is no cost to participate in the Workshop. Lunch and refreshments during the Workshop and the Reception are also complimentary.
Delegates are responsible for booking and paying for their own travel and accommodation, and other related expenses (e.g. visa costs, travel insurance, transport).

What is the venue for the Workshop?
The Workshop is being held at the headquarters of the Hungarian Competition Authority: Riadó utca 5., 1026 Budapest.
How to get to the venue?
We recommend you to use the public transportation of Budapest. The easiest way to reach the venue is by tram 56, 56A, 59B and 61 (stop: Akadémia).

What is the language of the Workshop?
The Workshop will be conducted in English and there will be no interpretation services provided. Workshop documents will be issued in English.
