Termination of the proceeding in respect of price discrimination by Magyar Telekom and identification of a practice, without the imposition of a fine, by which Magyar Telekom forced consumers to accept disadvantageous conditions and infringed in this way the prohibition declared in point a) of Article 21 of the Hungarian Competition Act. |
